Ikigai / Long term happiness – workshop & picnic at the park

Go on a journey to find out what truly makes you happy.

A fun and interactive workshop for people who want to get to know themselves better, make new friends and spend time unwinding at the park.

The workshop includes:

• interactive icebreaker to bond the group,
• short guided meditation session,
• mapping session of one’s happy interests
• group discussion on how to nurture happiness
• sharing of experiences, findings and food with others

Bring with you: 

• Paper & colored pens,
• Picnic food & water bottle (there are water fountains at the park)
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Something to sit on

Please consider that the facilitator relies on these contributions in order to make a living. The minimum amount for workshops is set at 10€. If you are able to pay more please do, this enables others who may not have the means to make a donation to access these workshops.

If you have chosen other amount / exchange of services please elaborate on this appropriately. As you might appreciate an exchange is not always possible however all proposals will be carefully considered.

For in-person events please note that you will be asked to make your contribution before the event as the numbers of participants for workshops are kept intentionally small in these trying times of covid and last minute cancellations means that the facilitator might not be able to offer your seat to others.

Cancellations up to 3 days before the event will be reimbursed in full or you can also elect to come to the next workshop or another one of your choice.
